Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our services reserve professional time and often begin with research, setup or production. The applicable proposal remains the primary source for project-specific payment and cancellation terms.
Last updated: September 202601Before work begins
If a cancellation request is received before scheduled work begins, we will review whether any planning, onboarding, procurement or administrative cost has already been incurred. Any approved refund may exclude those costs and payment processing charges.
02After work begins
Fees for completed work, reserved time, research, strategy, setup, design concepts, campaign configuration, content or development are generally non-refundable. Where practical, we may provide completed work up to the effective cancellation date.
03Recurring services
Monthly services may be cancelled according to the notice period in the agreed proposal or contract. Work and fees continue through the active notice period. Unused portions are not automatically refundable unless the agreement states otherwise.
04Advertising budgets and third parties
Media spend paid to advertising platforms, software subscriptions, domains, hosting, stock assets and other third-party expenses are not refundable by At D Rate Media. Refund eligibility is controlled by the relevant provider.
05Website and creative projects
Deposits reserve capacity and may be non-refundable once discovery or production begins. Milestone payments relate to work completed or capacity reserved. Delays caused by missing client content or approvals do not automatically create a refund right.
06Exceptional circumstances
If we cannot deliver a material part of the agreed service and no reasonable alternative is accepted, we will review the undelivered portion in good faith. Any refund must be confirmed in writing.
07Requesting cancellation
Send a written request to hello@atdratemedia.com with your business name, project and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the effective date and any remaining obligations.
08Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can review the work, records and agreement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
