4. Payments & Billing

- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
- Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

- No refunds for completed or partially completed work
6. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer
- Results depend on competition, algorithms, and industry trends
- No guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue
- SEO is a long-term process
- Paid advertising services are separate from SEO
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All work remains company property until full payment
- Usage rights granted upon full payment
- Company may showcase work in portfolio unless requested otherwise

- Not responsible for hosting or platform-related issues
9. Third-Party Services
